Live Arrival Guarantee

Unless otherwise noted on the website, all of our livestock deliveries our covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. We stand behind the health and quality of all the aquatic life we ship. Therefore, if any aquatic life arrives to you dead we will credit you the full purchase price. All deliveries must be personally received and inspected at the delivery time. Depending on the time of year box temperatures can radically change while sitting outside your home or business. You must contact us within 3 hours of the delivery time or you chance voiding the Live Arrival Guarantee. Package loss or shipping delays resulting in expired livestock are not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee. Those losses in some cases are covered by the shipping company and in reporting such losses you must adhere to the shipping company's terms and conditions. We will work with you to assist in the recovery of your loss in those unfortunate situations. You may be contacted by us with instructions requesting the receipt of photos, a water sample, or expired livestock. We do not cover shipping costs related to the redemption of our Live Arrival Guarantee. The fulfillment of this guarantee is at the sole discretion of Fluid Dynamics Aquariums LLC.

Survive 30 Days Guarantee

Unless otherwise noted on the associated service form we provide a Survive 30 Days Guarantee on all hand delivered livestock to our current service customers. In the event you wish to redeem our Survive 30 Days Guarantee please notify us by phone at (408-465-9055) or e-mail. We must receive notification within 30 days of the delivery date. You may be contacted by us with instructions requesting the receipt of photos, a water sample, or expired livestock. We do not cover shipping costs related to the redemption of our Survive 30 Days Guarantee. Expiration of livestock due to neglect, aggression, by changing in tank placement, or tank crashes voids the Survive 30 Days Guarantee. This guarantee is intended to cover the health of the livestock leaving our facility. The fulfillment of this guarantee is at the sole discretion of Fluid Dynamics Aquariums LLC. If you are not a current service customer but are within the Bay Area and would like a hand delivery with a Survive 30 Days Guarantee please contact us by phone (408-612-6864) or e-mail to negotiate the terms of your delivery. We will either require you to schedule a service or a minimum order value depending on your location and availability. In order to be considered for our Survive 30 Days Guarantee we will have to perform a full water panel which costs $10.00.

Return Policy

The shipment you receive will have packing slip which lists the size and quantity of products that has been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us within 3 hours of arrival for livestock and 48 hours for dry goods by phone at (408-465-9055) or e-mail. It is very important that any livestock issues are handled immediately after acclimation. The packing slip is not an invoice and will not list any prices or billing information. Because of our complex packaging practices for all of our livestock and our respect for the health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please choose with care. Please contact us by phone at (408-465-9055) or e-mail to receive instructions and RA # for any dry goods you wish to return. All items for return are shipped at your own expense. After the first 30 days from purchase there is a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on any items after 6 months from purchase. We do not accept returns on any used items. In the case of a defective product the terms and conditions will vary between manufacturers. Some items will be returned directly to the manufacturer. Any dry good items damaged in shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours a receipt. Those losses are covered by the shipping company and in reporting such losses you must adhere to the shipping company's terms and conditions. We will work with you to assist in the recovery of your loss in those unfortunate situations.
